Volleyball season comes to an end

After a great season of 20 wins and only 3 losses, varsity girls’ volleyball lost to Archbishop Mitty High School 3-0 in their first game of the CCS Volleyball Tournament. On November 15, the team won the division one tournament against Lick Wilmerding and will be moving on to play Oak Ridge on November 18. The team has had an amazing season so far and is looking to win the CCS tournament again this year.

“It’s just a great experience overall!” sophomore Polina Zamalin said. “I love playing on a team because I get to practice my skills and just have fun”.

The team works very well together which has led them to their many wins over the course of the season. Senior night for volleyball was on October 26 against San Mateo where we won 3-0.
