Boys' Golf

Boys’ golf just started the season and has no tryouts. They are hoping to do better this year than last year as they only won two games last year. They are still currently in the preseason, but their first game is on February 27 against Sequoia High School at the Crystal Springs Golf Course at 3:00pm.

“I think that this year’s team will definitely do better than last year’s team. As a team, we are hoping that we will win at least half of our matches, or maybe even more,” claims John Bohdzia, a current sophomore on the boys golf team.

Not winning many matches last year, the boys golf team has welcomed many new freshmen that have a lot of potential for success this year and can bring the team farther than last year.

Coach of the boys golf team, Michael Zozos, teaches Brennan McDonald, a current sophomore, the correct swing position in the Burlingame CC course. Their next game is on March 6 against Menlo-Atherton at 3:00pm at Sharon Heights CC.
