The girls water polo team started off the season at a low point, having just been demoted to the Ocean Division and facing their second consecutive season without their own pool. But throughout the season, the team has dominated the league, winning all but one of their games, and finishing with a record of 9-1.

“This season went way better than the last one because we had a lot of new freshmen who joined and we had a set practice time at one pool” senior Michelle Tam said. “There’s a lot of seniors on the team that are graduating this year but there are also a lot of really good freshmen and sophomores on JV who are going to move up.”

The team will lose seniors Namiha Yasuda, Alyssa Archie, Isabel Downey, Michelle Tam, and Olivia Bollinger this year.
