Challengers: The twisting love triangle displays a cinematic masterpiece

“Challengers,” director Luca Guadagnino’s newest box office hit, isn’t just about a tennis match — it feels like a tennis match. Creating experiential movies isn’t new forGuadagnino, who is renowned for his work in “Call Me By Your Name,” and he certainly hasn’t disappointed with “Challengers”: it opened to a whopping 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and has already made $52.4 million at the box office.
